About moong dal cheela

Moong Dal and Rice Cheela tastes amazing. When served hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup, it offers a unique flavor. While making moong dal cheela takes a little time, it’s an excellent option for kids’ tiffin boxes.

Cheelas can be prepared in various ways, like with semolina (sooji) or wheat flour, and all of them taste delicious. However, cheelas are best enjoyed hot, as they lose their flavor and texture once they cool down.

Vegetables can be added to cheelas to make them even more nutritious. For making moong dal and rice cheela, I soaked the dal and prepared its paste. The rice was cooked and then mashed to blend perfectly into the batter.

I also added some veggies and paneer to enhance the flavor. So, if you want to make a delicious, flavorful moong dal and rice cheela, make sure to read the recipe carefully.
