How to make strawberry curd

To make strawberry curd, first place the yogurt in a muslin cloth and hang it for 2-3 hours to let the water drain out. After that, transfer the hung curd into a bowl. Next, place the chopped strawberry pieces into an electric grinder, add powdered sugar, and make strawberry puree. Mix the strawberry puree into the hung curd and whisk it well using a whisker. Your strawberry curd is ready. Place it in the fridge to chill. Once chilled, garnish with chopped strawberry pieces and serve.

Tips

Whisk the hung curd well to ensure there are no lumps remaining.
