Puffed rice (Murmura) – 2 cups Papdi – 4-5 Peanuts – 2 teaspoons Potato – 1 Onion – 1 Green chilies – 1-2 finely chopped Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon Black salt – 1/4 teaspoon Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon Sweet chutney – 3-4 tablespoons Fresh coriander – for garnish Savory sev – 4 tablespoons
How to make bhelpuri recipe
Roast the puffed rice (murmura) on medium flame for 10 minutes, stirring continuously until it becomes crispy.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
Garnish with fresh coriander and sev, then serve.
Tips
If you don’t want to serve the bhel puri immediately, don’t mix the chutney. Mixing the chutney will make the puffed rice (murmura) soft, and the bhel puri will lose its crispiness and taste.
