Yogurt – 1/2 kilogram

Mangoes – 2

Cardamom powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Powdered sugar – 4-5 teaspoons

How to make mango shrikhand

To make mango shrikhand, first strain the yogurt using a muslin cloth to remove the excess water. Hang it somewhere for about 4-5 hours.

Now, peel the mango and cut it into small pieces. In a mixer grinder, add the mango, cardamom powder, and powdered sugar, and blend it into a puree.

Mix the hung curd (strained yogurt) with the mango puree. Garnish it with chopped pistachios before serving.

Tips
