Ingredients

Milkmaid – 3 tablespoons

Sugar – 2 tablespoons

Water – 4 tablespoons

Cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon

Butter – 1 tablespoon

How to make coconut toffee

In a pan, mix milkmaid, water, and sugar, and cook it until it thickens. Once it thickens, add cocoa powder and butter, and keep stirring on low heat until the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan. When the mixture starts to leave the pan, transfer it to a plate and shape it into small balls. Now, coat these balls well in dry coconut powder. The coconut toffee is ready.

Tips

You can also add a little bit of coconut powder once the cocoa powder and butter are mixed well. After that, you can shape them into balls and keep them as they are.

Wrap the coconut balls in separate pieces of aluminum foil. Otherwise, the toffees will stick to each other.
