How to make cheese paneer sandwich

To make the paneer cheese sandwich, take a bread slice and spread red chili sauce on it. Now, add grated paneer on top and place green, yellow, and red bell peppers. Take another bread slice, spread green chutney on it, and place it on top of the paneer, ensuring the chutney side is facing the paneer.

Now, on the top side of this bread slice, spread sweet and sour sauce. Cut thin slices of cucumber and tomato and place them on the bread. Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on top. Spread tomato ketchup on the other slice of bread and cover the sandwich.

Heat a little oil in a sandwich maker or on a non-stick pan. Place the sandwich on the pan and let the cheese melt completely. Enjoy your hot and delicious paneer cheese sandwich.

Tips

Allow the mozzarella cheese to melt properly. For this, cover the pan with a glass lid.

There’s no need to add any extra spices to the paneer cheese sandwich. However, if you prefer, you can use oregano herbs for extra flavor.

You can also use Amul cheese instead of mozzarella cheese in the sandwich.
