How to make dry fruit ladoo

To make Dry Fruit Laddus, first take seedless dates. Soak the figs in warm water for a while to soften them. Grind the raisins along with the figs and dates. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Now, add chopped cashews, almonds, desiccated coconut, and poppy seeds to it, and mix everything well. Shape the mixture into small balls. Your Dry Fruit Laddus are ready.

Tips

Here, I’ve added wet poppy seeds (khas khas) to the laddus, along with a tablespoon of milk.

However, adding any wet ingredients to the laddus will reduce their shelf life. If you want to store the laddus for a longer time, avoid using any wet ingredients or milk.

Also, poppy seeds may contain dirt, so make sure to clean and dry them thoroughly before using them in the recipe.
