Hung curd – 1/2 cup

Carrot – 1/2 (grated or finely chopped)

Capsicum – 1/2 (finely chopped)

Corn kernels – 3 tablespoons

Onion – 1 large (finely chopped)

Green chilies – 2 (optional)

Salt – to taste

Black pepper powder – to taste

Bread slices – 4

Ghee or butter – for roasting

How to make curd sandwich

To prepare curd sandwiches, place the curd in a muslin cloth and hang it for 4-5 hours to drain the water completely. Once the hung curd is ready, add grated carrot, chopped capsicum, corn kernels, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper powder to it. Mix everything well to form a smooth filling.

Take a slice of bread and spread the prepared mixture evenly on it. Heat butter in a non-stick pan and toast the sandwich until it turns golden and crispy. Serve it hot with sauce or green chutney. Your curd sandwich is ready to enjoy.

Tips
