To make fig shake, rinse 8 to 10 figs with water and clean them properly. Now soak the figs in a small amount of milk for 5 to 6 hours so they soften and swell up nicely.
Once the figs have been soaked for 5 to 6 hours, transfer them along with the milk and sugar into a blender jar and blend well. Open the lid to check the consistency. Now, add the remaining milk and blend once again.
Pour the fig shake into a glass and garnish with chopped pistachios and cashews. Your tasty and healthy fig shake is ready to serve.
