How to make anjeer shake

To make fig shake, rinse 8 to 10 figs with water and clean them properly. Now soak the figs in a small amount of milk for 5 to 6 hours so they soften and swell up nicely.

Once the figs have been soaked for 5 to 6 hours, transfer them along with the milk and sugar into a blender jar and blend well. Open the lid to check the consistency. Now, add the remaining milk and blend once again.

Pour the fig shake into a glass and garnish with chopped pistachios and cashews. Your tasty and healthy fig shake is ready to serve.

Tips

If the milk is thin, you can also add vanilla ice cream to the fig shake.

Fig shake should be consumed immediately after preparation. Keeping it for too long can make the taste change.

You can adjust the quantity of sugar in the milkshake according to your taste.

Always use full-fat milk when making a milkshake for the best results.
