How to make sweet chilli noddles

In a large pan, add water and bring it to a boil. Add salt and a little oil to the water, then add the noodles. Let the noodles boil until cook. Strain the boiled noodles using a sieve, then rinse them under cold water. This prevents the noodles from sticking together. Set aside. Cut paneer into small pieces. Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper powder over the paneer pieces and gently mix them. In a non-stick pan, heat a little oil. Fry the paneer pieces for 2–3 minutes until slightly golden. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, add a little more oil. Add baby corn, zucchini, cauliflower, French beans, and cabbage. Mix well, cover with a lid, and let the vegetables cook. Once the vegetables are cooked, add a slurry of cornflour and water to the pan. Stir well. Add black pepper powder, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, and sweet and sour sauce to the vegetables. Mix thoroughly. Add the boiled noodles to the pan and toss everything together until evenly combined. Top with the fried paneer pieces and mix gently. Serve the hot Sweet Chilli Noodles on a plate and enjoy.

Tips

To prevent noodles from sticking together, rinse the hot noodles with cold water after boiling. Adding oil to the water while boiling the noodles also helps keep them from sticking.

For a spicier and more flavorful twist, you can add oregano and chili flakes to the noodles. This will enhance the taste and give it a delicious kick.
