Since they are considered “hot” in nature, they are typically consumed in cold weather. Dates are rich in essential nutrients like protein, fat, potassium, magnesium, iron, and more. However, some people may not prefer dates, and they can still consume them by boiling them in milk or preparing Sheer Khurma.
