Dry ginger powder (sonth): 1 tablespoon

Asafoetida (hing): 1/8 teaspoon

Black salt: 1 tablespoon

Red chili powder: 1 tablespoon

Cumin powder: 1 tablespoon

Dried mango powder (amchur): 1/2 tablespoon

Salt: 2 tablespoons

How to make sandwich masala

Mix all the above ingredients thoroughly and store them in an airtight container. Your sandwich masala is ready.

Tips

Homemade sandwich masala can be easily stored for 1-2 months.

Never use a wet spoon while handling the spices.

When making sandwiches, you can adjust the quantity of salt and red chili powder according to your taste.
