How to make peanut chaat
To make peanut chaat, chop the onion, cucumber, tomato, and green chili into small pieces. Now, take a bowl and mix all the ingredients. Garnish it with coriander leaves on top. Your high-protein peanut chaat is ready.
Tips
For making peanut chaat, I have used roasted peanuts here. However, you can also use fried peanuts if you prefer. To avoid extra oil, it’s better to use roasted peanuts.
In peanut chaat, you can skip green chilies to make the chaat less spicy. This completely depends on your taste preference.
