In a saucepan pour milk and bring it to boil, once the milk reaches to a boiling point, add the rice. reduce the heat to simmer and cook until the rice becomes soft and fully. when the rice is fully cooked, add cardamom powder and sugar. stir well and cook until the sugar dissolves and the kheer thickens slightly. now add chopped cashew and almonds. mix it. and turn off the heat. allow the kheer to completely cool on room temperature, add the mango pulp and mix thoroughly until combined. garnish the mango kheer with additional dry fruits and serve chilled for the best taste.
