How to make palak paneer follow by easy steps

First, wash the spinach thoroughly 3-4 times with clean water. In a pressure cooker, add spinach, tomatoes, onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Also, add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, and turmeric. Add 1/2 glass of water and cook until 2 whistles. Let the cooker cool down. Meanwhile, cut the paneer into long pieces and sprinkle some salt and red chili powder on it. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Once hot, add the paneer pieces and fry them on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. The paneer pieces are now fried. Once the cooker has cooled, open the lid and blend all the cooked vegetables into a smooth puree using a mixer jar. Heat oil again in the non-stick pan. Once hot, add the prepared puree and cook it on medium heat with the lid on. Stir occasionally using a spatula to ensure even cooking. Continue cooking until the oil separates from the gravy. Add garam masala and Kitchen King masala to the gravy. Then, add the fried paneer pieces and mix well. Let it simmer on medium heat for 5 more minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and turn off the heat.

Tips

You can adjust the quantity of green chilies and red chili powder according to your taste preferences.

Instead of tomatoes, you can use lemon juice for tanginess. Add it just before serving the dish.

For garnishing, you can use coriander leaves, grated coconut, or cream. This will enhance the flavor and make the dish even more delicious.
