In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour (maida), gram flour (besan), and semolina (sooji). Now, add powdered sugar, baking powder, and butter, and mix everything gently with your hands. Add milk as needed to prepare the dough. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into round balls like Nankhatai. Garnish with pistachio slivers on top.
Preheat the oven to 160°C and bake for 30-35 minutes. Once baked, remove the Nankhatai from the oven and let them cool. After cooling, store them in an airtight container. Your Pistachio Nankhatai is ready to be enjoyed with tea or milk.
