To make cheese macaroni, first, take a pan and add water, salt, and oil. Heat it on high flame. Once the water starts boiling and small bubbles appear, add the macaroni. Cook until the macaroni becomes soft. Turn off the flame. Drain the macaroni using a strainer, and pour cold water over it to prevent the macaroni from sticking to each other.
In another pan, heat the milk. Meanwhile, mix some milk with cornflour in a separate bowl until it blends smoothly. When the milk in the pan becomes hot, gradually add the cornflour mixture while stirring continuously. Keep stirring the milk and bring it to a boil, then turn off the flame. Add grated cheese and mix it well.
Now, add the cooked macaroni, salt, and black pepper powder to the cheese sauce and mix thoroughly. Take a baking dish and grease it well with oil. Pour the macaroni mixture into the dish. Sprinkle grated cheese, breadcrumbs, and dry kasuri methi on top. Bake it at 160°C for 10 minutes.
Hot and delicious cheese macaroni is ready to serve.
