  •  Dried mint leaves 
  • Roasted cumin powder

How to make boondi raita 

First, whisk the curd with the help of whisker. now add salt, black salt, red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder and sugar. mix everything and keep it aside. 

Now take the normal water in another bowl. put the boondi in it and let it soaked for five to ten minutes. when the boondi became soft. remove all the extra water from the boondi with the help of strainer. put this boondi in curd. and mix it. 

Crush and sprinkle dried mint leaves on top of it. boondi raita is ready to eat. 

 Tips

what to use instead of granulated sugar?

you can use powdered sugar instead of granulated sugar. it dissolves easily in curd. if you want you can skip the sugar. it’s totally optional. 

 Can boondi directly add in the curd?

yes, it is not necessary to soak boondi in water. you can directly add in the curd. by soaking boondi into water it can remove acess oil and boondi became soft.
