In addition to this, Mohanthal, Mysore Pak, Besan Ladoo, Besan Halwa, Meethi Boondi, Boondi Ke Ladoo, and many more sweets are made from besan. Apart from sweets, famous dishes like Jodhpur’s Mirchi Bada, Gatte ki Sabzi, Patode ki Sabzi, Besan Cheela, and Khaman Dhokla are also prepared using besan. Besan is truly the hero ingredient of our kitchen. If I say this, it would probably not be wrong. And when besan is roasted with ghee, it enhances its flavor even more.
