How to make mango ice cream

To make mango ice cream, wash the mango with clean water and peel off its skin. Cut it into small pieces. Now, place the pieces in the fridge for 2 hours. Take out the chilled mango from the fridge.

Now, in a mixer jar, add the mango pieces, milkmaid, and mint leaves, and blend them. Once it forms a smooth paste, transfer it to an airtight box.

Garnish it with chopped cashews and tutti frutti on top. Place it in the fridge for 6-7 hours and let it set properly. Your mango ice cream is ready.

Tips

Mango crush can also be used in mango ice cream, but the taste of fresh, ripe mangoes is much better.

This is an instant recipe for mango ice cream, which gets prepared quickly.

If the mango is too sweet, you can adjust the quantity of milkmaid according to your taste.
