This sandwich can be served not only with Schezwan sauce or green chutney but also with hot tea or coffee. The potato stuffing can be stored in the fridge for 1 to 2 days. If you have all the ingredients organized, it takes just 10 to 15 minutes to prepare the stuffing and grill the sandwich once the potatoes are boiled. If sandwich masala is added to it, it enhances the taste even more. Here, I have prepared homemade sandwich masala.
