Paneer salad with good nutrition value

About paneer salad

Paneer salad tastes delicious and is very quick to prepare. It wouldn’t be wrong to call it a Paneer Submarine since the salad is filled into long pieces of paneer, making it unique and flavorful.

So, it looks just like a boat! Paneer is an excellent source of calcium, making it a great alternative for those who don’t prefer milk. This salad combines the goodness of paneer with finely chopped carrots, tomatoes, and capsicum, all beautifully stuffed into cucumber slices, making it both healthy.

Paneer can be used to make countless dishes like Paneer Paratha, Palak Paneer, Matar Paneer, Paneer Chilla, Paneer Salad, and more. To make the salad tangy and flavorful, you can add chaat masala, but I have chosen to use black salt in this recipe.

This Paneer Salad has turned out to be very delicious. You can serve it at small get-togethers or include it in your daily menu. It tastes so good that it’s bound to become a favorite for everyone—from kids to adults, and especially health-conscious individuals. So, let’s get started and make Paneer Salad together! You can also use yellow and red bell peppers along with green bell peppers in the paneer salad. I have used only green bell pepper here.
