Oil- 3 tablespoon

Boiled potatoes- 2(medium-sized)

Onion- 1(finely chopped)

Carrot- 3 tablespoon

Green chilli – 1

Boiled corn- 2 tablespoon

Green,red,yellow capsicum- 2 tablespoon

Salt- as taste

Turmeric- 1/2 teaspoon 

Red chilli powder- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon

Coriander powder- 1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala- 1/2 teaspoon

Dry mango powder- 1/2 teaspoon

Mustard seeds- 1/2 teaspoon

Asafoetida- 1/2 teaspoon

Bread- 5 slices

How to make bread roll

For making bread roll boiled the potatoes, peel it and mash it well to ensure a smooth texture. heat oil in a a pan. add mustard seeds and let them sputter. add asafoetida for enhance flavor. add the chopped onions, and saute for 1-2 minutes. add carrot, chopped green chili and boiled corn. stir it and cook for 1 minute. add mashed potatoes finely chopped green, red and yellow capsicum, combine thoroughly. add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, dry mango powder, garam masala and coriander powder mix everything. 

So that the potato mixture sets well, finally add coriander leaves to it. mix it and turn off the flame. let the mixture cool down and make a small size of roundals out of the potato mixture. on the other side, take bread slices remove the edges of the bread. in another bowl take some water. dip the bread on the both sides quickly in the water.  take out and squeeze it using both hands. place one prepared potato ball in the center of the bread. cover it from all sides so that stuffing is not visible from any side. simiraly prepared all the bread rolls. now heat a oil in pan. fry the bread rolls on medium heat until golden brown. serve hot bread rolls with sauce and green chutney. 

Tips

Use a fresh packet of bread to make bread rolls, as a fresh bread won’t break and make a perfect rolls.

After dipping the bread in the water. take it out immediately. if the bread becomes soggy,

It will be difficult to shape into rolls. 

If you want you can skip to removing edges of the bread. as it will make bread roll crispier and crunchier. 

You can mix any vegetables of your choice into the bread filling. 

You can adjust the spices according to your taste. 

You can add some chopped cashew and raisins into potato mixture for extra flavor.

If you have leftover potato mixture, you can use it to make paratha.
