Milk – 2 glasses

Sugar – 2 tablespoons

Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Cream – 1 tablespoon

Cardamom powder

Dry fruits

How to make gulkand shake

To make the Gulkand Shake, blend the milk, black pepper powder, sugar, and Gulkand in a mixer. Strain the shake thoroughly using a sieve. Take a glass and pour the shake into it. Garnish with cardamom powder, dry fruits, and fresh rose petals on top. Your Gulkand Shake is ready to enjoy.

Tips

Always use full-fat milk for making the shake.

You can adjust the sweetness of the shake according to your preference, making it as sweet or less sweet as you like.
