Strain the tomato pulp using a sieve to remove the seeds. When the soup begins to boil for the first time, add cornflour. Do not add the cornflour directly, as it will form lumps. Instead, mix it with water to make a smooth slurry. Add Maggi Masala and prepare a similar slurry by mixing it with water. Add boiled corn kernels, sugar, and salt to taste. Stir in grated paneer and grated processed cheese. Turn off the heat. Serve the tortilla soup topped with crushed nachos. It is both delicious and healthy.
