  • Cottage cheese – 200 gram
  • Gramflour- 200 gram
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Baking soda – a pinch
  • Chaat masala – for sprinkle  
  • Oil – for fry 
  • Water

How to make paneer pakoda step by step

First cut the paneer into long and small pieces. sprinkle a little salt and turmeric on it. and keep it aside for a while.  now take the gramflour in another bowl. add salt and turmeric in it. make a batter using water in small batches. make sure the batter should not be very thin.  keep the mixture aside for five to ten minutes.  

Add a pinch of baking soda at the same time. And mix it. meanwhile in another pan add oil and heat it. now dip the paneer pieces in the batter.  make sure all paneer pieces well coated in the batter.
