How to make paneer pulav

To make Paneer Pulao, sauté the paneer in ghee and set it aside. In the remaining ghee, add cumin seeds, bay leaf, black pepper, and cloves. Once the spices release their aroma, add ginger-garlic paste and cook it for 2-3 minutes.

Next, add chopped onions and cook until they caramelize. Once the onions are caramelized, add tomatoes, cover with a lid, and let them cook until soft. Now, add all the vegetables and green chilies and cook them thoroughly. Once the vegetables are cooked, add boiled rice along with all the spices and mix well. Top it with the fried paneer pieces. Serve the hot Paneer Pulao with yogurt or raita. Enjoy.

Tips

You can use oil instead of ghee.

Always use good-quality paneer, as low-quality paneer can affect the taste of your dish.

For 1 bowl of boiled rice, adjust the spices and ghee according to your taste.
